A group of industry experts has announced the formation of Harding Energy Partners, LLC, (HE Partners) offering a continuum of talents, experience and opportunities in all aspects of oil and natural gas exploration, production and marketing. The team offers investors and operators a combined 300 years of experience, the most recent of which was in the urban areas of the Barnett Shale in North Central Texas in a partnership with ExxonMobil.
The Partners in HE Partners are: Virtual Geoscience Consultants Inc. (Michael D. Burnaman); Steven J. Carter; Beacon Energy Partners (Scott C. Morgan, Lori J. Vining, Rick W. Wiley, and J. Ryan Leavy); Petrocasa Energy, Inc., Pangaea Land Services, LLP and Blue Dog Properties (John Petropoulos); SDS-HC Oil & Gas LLC (Stephen D. Smith); Robert S. Taylor; Ferguson Crossing Pipeline Ltd. (J.W. Varner); R.W. (Rick) Harding, and Harding Company, led by Rick Harding.
These eight individuals, companies and their partners have been together over the past three years, providing lease acquisition, municipal permitting services, gas marketing, and related infrastructure planning in the counties of Tarrant, Johnson, Ellis, Dallas, Denton, Navarro, and Hill for Metroplex Barnett Shale LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil. Metroplex was the operator for DDJET Limited LLP, owned by Metroplex and Cinco County Barnett Shale, LLC.
HE Partners is Cinco’s major shareholder, providing its principals the opportunities to successfully invest in the Barnett Shale. Given the principals’ collective experience, HE Partners is positioned to develop business opportunities under unique circumstances.
